Definitely good for hiking or anything outdoors. The sun protection is the main thing, doesn't matter if you're swinging a club or not. Super light.

Mine stay put pretty well, even with a lot of swinging. Had some from another brand before that just rolled down constantly, these are way better.

I returned a pair that was too big once, and it was pretty easy. Just make sure they're not obviously worn or damaged.

I think returns are usually for unworn stuff, but you should check their policy just in case. Most places don't take back worn apparel.

I think the UPF rating is higher on these than a lot of the 'athletic' sleeves from bigger brands. I felt less burned after long rounds for sure.
